It's built in the CI and need some tweaks to use the preinstalled NDK. The lua 5.2.4 can't be downloaded with srclibs as there is no such tag in the git repo and the files are different. Autoupdate is not aailable as the srclibs need to be updated with each new version. Support armv7a and arm64.
