New app: TousAntiCovid

• The app complies with the inclusion criteria
• The original app author has been notified (and supports the inclusion) (contacted them, waiting for their response, but their license explicitly allows distribution anyways)
• All related fdroiddata and RFP issues have been referenced in this merge request
• The upstream app source code repo contains the app metadata (summary/description/images/changelog/etc) in a Fastlane or Triple-T folder structure
• Builds with fdroid build
• Releases are tagged

Fortunately, this app doesn't rely on Google's Exposure API and doesn't include any dependency to GMS or other proprietary libraries. The only proprietary thing I found was the Marianne font, which I simply removed in prebuild. I sent them an email to notify the license issue and to get their explicit approval.
