Added TXQRApp, a prototype towards a successor to QRStream

This is an attempt to continue a long-outdated app a little.

I don't actually have a build machine to test this with the f-droid build system, but thought others should have access to my work. Is there a way to run a test build on github? It may just build fine and be mergeable.
