New app: EVMap

• The app complies with the inclusion criteria
• The original app author has been notified (and supports the inclusion) -> I am the original author
• All related fdroiddata and RFP issues have been referenced in this merge request
• The upstream app source code repo contains the app metadata (summary/description/images/changelog/etc) in a Fastlane or Triple-T folder structure
• Builds with fdroid build
• Releases are tagged

Note:

• F-Droid uses the build flavor foss, which uses Mapbox as its map data provider. The Version in the Play Store (build flavor google) allows the user to choose either Mapbox or Google Maps.
• Build has been tested via the CI.
