Add ProteGO app

An open-source SARS-CoV-2 tracking app by Polish Ministry of Digital Affairs.

The app builds fine, but fdroid build throws errors due to some fabric.io repo. It also uses Google Play Services gms (I don't know if it can be just replaced with µG).

I have no experience with building apps for android yet. Can you point me to the right direction towards merging this?
