New app: WECHANGE

  • Releases are tagged

This commit adds a new app WECHANGE to the F-Droid metadata. WECHANGE (https://gitlab.com/intergalacticsuperhero/wechangeapp) is a WebView based app for wechange.de

It is released under GPLv3+
