Add electrum grs

Hash Engineering Solutions requested to merge hashengineering/fdroiddata:add-electrum-grs into master
  • The app complies with the inclusion criteria
  • The original app author has been notified (and supports the inclusion)
  • All related fdroiddata and RFP issues have been referenced in this merge request
  • The upstream app source code repo contains the app metadata (summary/description/images/changelog/etc) in a Fastlane or Triple-T folder structure
  • Builds with fdroid build
  • Releases are tagged

I am not the author of this project, but I have permission from the author to publish this.

This project is similar to org.dash.electrum.electrum_dash and org.dash.electrum.electrum_dash.yml was used as a starting point.

The fdroidserver was used to locally build this and the resulting APK was tested and the app works.
