New app: CashPilot (com.cashpilot.android)

CashPilot for Android watches the passive-income apps on a phone (EarnApp, IPRoyal Pawns, MystNodes, Traffmonetizer and others) and reports whether each is running to a self-hosted CashPilot server. GPL-3.0-or-later, no proprietary dependencies.

This resubmits !35850 (closed), which closed for inactivity. Both of its open items are fixed:

  • The dependency info block is off (dependenciesInfo.includeInApk = false) since v0.1.3.
  • The pipeline: v0.3.0 was built as 0.3.0/300 while gradle.properties said 0.2.0/200. gradle.properties is now the only version source, and the release refuses a tag that disagrees with it.

v0.4.0 is reproducible: a clean build of the tag without an NDK, given our signature with apksigcopier, is byte-identical to the published app-release.apk. So the recipe keeps Binaries and AllowedAPKSigningKeys. NonFreeAdd is declared because the install buttons open sign-up pages of non-free apps, some through referral links.
