update: fdroid flavor added to pslab app

PSLab Android app was added with multiple new features and one of them was maps. Continue using Open Street Maps, we have built an Fdroid flavor and this merge request carries the updates made to io.pslab.yml metadata file.

Fastlane directory has been added to main repository. Hence removed description and added changelogs into metadata file.
