Update Slooop to 3.2.49

Update Slooop from 3.2.44 to 3.2.49 using the existing three ABI-specific build recipes and signing key. Changes include Kohlchan support, video preloading and PiP fixes, UI and storage improvements, and opt-in experimental outgoing-message history and local discussion context.
