New app: ShareDing

ShareDing saves Android shared links in a local queue and sends them to a self-hosted linkding server. This MR updates the F-Droid recipe to the published v0.2.0 source and APK. The release requires HTTPS for the linkding API token, keeps HTTP bookmark links and the optional HTTP proxy, and adds a public privacy policy.

Changes

• Build v0.2.0 (versionCode 13) from upstream commit 5d7dfc516877caa0e2efceffeb83cc1bd380302c.
• Keep one current Builds entry, the published APK comparison, and the existing allowed signing certificate.
• Import the English Fastlane listing, new Play-sized graphics, and v0.2.0 changelog from the release tag.

Verification

• Android CI and the release workflow passed for the source commit. The workflow published v0.2.0.
• Local ./gradlew --no-daemon assembleRelease testDebugUnitTest testReleaseUnitTest lintDebug lintRelease passed. All 38 instrumentation tests passed on Android 9 and Android 16.
• The downloaded APK matches its .sha256 file. Its package is org.evsyukov.shareding, versionCode is 13, versionName is 0.2.0, and signing certificate matches previous releases and AllowedAPKSigningKeys.
• The F-Droid pipeline passed. Its fdroid build job built versionCode 13 from the pinned commit and successfully compared the reproducible APK with the published GitHub APK; the check apk job passed.

• F-Droid recipe: metadata/org.evsyukov.shareding.yml. Builds uses the full source commit, subdir: app, and Gradle.
• Binaries points to the published APK; AllowedAPKSigningKeys retains the existing release certificate.

App inclusion checklist

• The app is MIT licensed, has public source, and I am the upstream author.
• The tagged source includes English Fastlane text, images, icon, and changelog.
• The public fork has an unprotected source branch; this MR adds one app and changes only its recipe.
• The recipe uses a full source commit, one current build, automatic tag update checks, and the existing upstream signing key.
• Author contact and issue tracker are provided. No external srclibs are used.
