New app: Torrent Player

Adds Torrent Player (webtor.app) 2.0.0 (23), an Android torrent downloader with streaming and completed-file playback through external media players. Supports arm64-v8a.

Source and review follow-up

The recipe now pins 92b1a9914c17d0fb03cd6577ce889faf66cc2cd9, a metadata/documentation-only descendant of the released v2.0.0 source 5cfbdc1e8a1d9672c969ffbf4a215217d99477a0. All Android/Go application source, dependencies and build inputs are unchanged. The release tag and GitHub reference APK remain unchanged.

• Expanded Fastlane description to disclose automatic tracker-list downloads from GitHub/ngosang, daily refresh and failure retries, up to 24 supplemental public trackers for non-private torrents, and WebRTC/STUN servers at Google, Twilio and Cloudflare. Explains IP exposure and the absence of opt-out controls in 2.0.0. Private torrents are excluded from supplemental trackers.
• Clarified the no-tracking claim as no advertising trackers, analytics or telemetry.
• Added fastlane/metadata/android/en-US/changelogs/23.txt for 2.0.0.
• Updated this description from 1.4.5 to 2.0.0.
• Optional network controls and the stale 1.4.5 HTTP/handshake identification are deferred to a future application release. This metadata update does not change runtime behavior.
• Documented the future-release gate: build in the matching F-Droid environment, sign with the existing release key, scan and reproduce the signed candidate before publication. Do not replace already distributed release assets to repair comparison failures.

Validation

The prior 2.0.0 recipe passed pipeline 2858040818, including reproducible binary verification. The metadata-only revision passed all nine jobs in pipeline 2910503829: metadata rewrite/lint, schema, scripts, redirect, update check, source scan, source build with successful reproducible comparison against the existing signed reference APK, and APK scan.

On-device testing remains pending. F-Droid maintainers control acceptance, signing and publication.
