fix: update Noor Connect F-Droid metadata to fixed 2.2.1 commit

This replacement for bot MR !46543 (closed) pins the existing Noor Connect 2.2.1 / version code 8 build to immutable commit 8cbe41eeb49428e6eea5d5d5c94f7c052dda9da9, which contains the missing WidgetAccent imports required by the Android F-Droid build. Current main was verified locally with the production web build, Capacitor sync, and assembleRelease. The original bot branch is not writable by the project owner, so this MR carries the same metadata update from the owner’s F-Droid fork.
