Update Catima and switch to reproducible builds

Please let me know if this is correct. I feel I probably need to set something with VercodeOperation or so to make it understand that when I release 1002 it should build 1002 and 1001, but I don't quite know. If it needs to always be manually from now on I can survive that too, just need it to be initially correct.
