New app: Slooop

Required

• The app complies with the inclusion criteria. The dedicated fdroid flavor excludes the application self-updater and optional Google Play Services provider; NonFreeNet is declared.
• The original app author has been notified and does not oppose inclusion. This submission is made by the upstream maintainer.
• No related fdroiddata or RFP issues were found for Slooop, Dashchan_2, or io.dashchan2 at submission time.
• All public pipelines pass. Public GitLab CI and local validation completed successfully: fdroid readmeta, fdroid rewritemeta, fdroid lint, fdroid checkupdates, fdroid scanner -e, and fdroid build --test --scan-binary (1 build succeeded).
• The upstream repository provides an issue tracker and public author contact information.

Strongly Recommended

• Upstream Fastlane metadata was merged in Dashchan_2 PR #13 after its required Android CI check passed.
• Releases are tagged; automatic metadata updates are temporarily disabled until a release provides all three ABI-split reference APKs.

Suggested

• Native sources are pinned as fdroiddata srclibs (dav1d, FFmpeg, and libyuv) rather than Git submodules.
• Reproducible builds are enabled. Public GitLab CI successfully copied and verified the published APK signature, and AllowedAPKSigningKeys restricts the accepted signer.
• The current release is one universal APK containing arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, and x86. Split APKs can be evaluated if reviewers require them.
