Update Element applications metadata.

Fix the metadata on https://f-droid.org/en/packages/io.element.android.x and similar.

There was a typo in the BTC address (closes https://github.com/element-hq/element-x-android/issues/6252). Also GitHub organization, and company name has change, so after this everything should be up to date.
