New app: Fairphone Launcher 3

  • All related fdroiddata and rfp issues have been referenced in this merge request: rfp#126 (closed)
  • Builds with fdroid build

I haven't been able to test the built APK because my phone is a Fairphone 2 and I get an INSTALL_FAILED_DUPLICATE_PERMISSION error if I try to install it.
