Added AdminControl app (with AutoUpdate turned on).

  • The app complies with the inclusion criteria Yes. It's GPLv3, source on github, no proprietary stuff, etc.
  • The original app author has been notified (and supports the inclusion) The author is me. I approve :-)
  • All related fdroiddata and rfp issues have been referenced in this merge request None so far. If I'm supposed to open a new one here, please let me know. The instructions seemed to indicate that would be redundant.
  • Builds with fdroid build It builds on my local system and the pipeline build runs correctly.
