Update PSLab to 4.0.1 (310)

PSLab is now re-written in flutter. Hence, I'm manually bumping it to 4.0.1 (301), changing the build configurations in the metadata.

Kindly close any other PRs by the checkupdates bot aimed at doing the same thing.
