Add metadata for Leafpad app

Leafpad is a simple, privacy-friendly note-taking app for Android.

It is fully open source, licensed under GPLv3, and contains no ads or tracking. Notes can be categorized, hidden, searched, and exported. The app focuses on clarity, accessibility, and offline functionality.

This merge request adds the metadata required to include Leafpad in the F-Droid repository.
