Termux - Add the OpenCollective ID

Hi,

This small MR adds the OpenCollective ID to all the Termux apps/addons in the main repo.

It also adds the some links for the changelogs, and removes the BitCoin address, as I was not able to find it anymore anywhere on their website or README. Cryptos can be handled by OpenCollective, but they don't allow crypto donations on OpenCollective neither, so I think they just stopped accepting cryptos...
