New App: Catgirl Engine (land.catgirl.engine)

Required

• The app complies with the inclusion criteria
• The original app author has been notified (and does not oppose the inclusion)
• All related fdroiddata and RFP issues have been referenced in this merge request
• Builds with fdroid build and all pipelines pass (only the checkupdates pipeline fails, tested with apksigner and installed)

Strongly Recommended

• The upstream app source code repo contains the app metadata (summary/description/images/changelog/etc) in a Fastlane or Triple-T folder structure
• Releases are tagged

Suggested

• External repos are added as git submodules instead of srclibs
• Enable Reproducible Builds
• Multiple apks for native code there are now split apks in the github releases, but not in the fdroid build script. also since timestamps and build info are included in the binary, it'd be impossible to make reproducible builds. https://github.com/lexi-the-cute/catgirl-engine/releases

I did want to ask for help with fixing the building process as well as seeing if it's possible to pull the apk from the root of my zip file i made for the reproducible binary builds
