New App: Buckwheat

I'm unable to get reproducible builds working. For some reason upstream APK is one byte bigger, but all files match. Additionally, list-compresslevel.py shows that res/X9.ttf is broken, both list-compresslevel.py and diff-zip-meta.py show that these files have different checksums, but when opening with an archiver (ark) or unpacking with unzip, these files have matching checksums inside and outside the archive.
