• The upstream app source code repo contains the app metadata (summary/description/images/changelog/etc) in a Fastlane or Triple-T folder structure (in the dev branch for the moment)

• External repos are added as git submodules instead of srclibs
• Enable Reproducible Builds (I don't really know)
• Multiple apks for native code (I did not find how to add multiple apks as output so the only apk is for arm64-v8)
