feat: add fWallet

The one with the braid requested to merge TheOneWithTheBraid/fdroiddata:braid/business.braid.f_wallet into master

Include a second PkPas reader app ...

Required

  • The app complies with the inclusion criteria - Should, hopefully.
  • The original app author has been notified (and does not oppose the inclusion) - It's me
  • All related fdroiddata and RFP issues have been referenced in this merge request - Did not find related one
  • Builds with fdroid build - Let's see ...

Strongly Recommended

  • The upstream app source code repo contains the app metadata (summary/description/images/changelog/etc) in a Fastlane or Triple-T folder structure - Hopefully everything correct
  • Releases are tagged

Suggested

  • External repos are added as git submodules instead of srclibs - N.A.
  • Enable Reproducible Builds - Should technically work
  • Multiple apks for native code - Not yet
