photochiotte: update ndk to r26

Hello,

next update tag v1.43 will use ndk r26. Builds fine with ndk r26 and api 24, but not with F-Droid gitlab CI : CI fails saying sdkmanager doesn't know any 'r26' key. But I suppose the buildserver will work since r26 is LTS now.
