Closes rfp#2300 (closed)

Builds on my buildserver.
No reproducible builds because the code is modified to remove crashlytics.
Upstream allows for split arch APKs, however the size difference is negligible and not worth the hassle with versionCodes.
Requires ADB for initial setup and some elevated permissions due to nature of the app.
