OSS Tracker: retry RB

FC (Fay) Stegerman requested to merge obfusk/fdroiddata:retry-oss-release-tracker into master

@linsui the build failed this time, so I thought this makes sense.

Of course, I'd still prefer upstream to publish the sha256sum of the unsigned APK if they are willing and able to do so, instead of using apksigcopier.
