patch to remove nonfree ARcore from StreetComplete in f-droid

Recent StreetComplete builds have been disabled in F-Droid as we become aware that google ARcore is non-free.

This patch removes ARcore support from F-Droid builds, so new versions can continue to be built (as agreed by StreetComplete project maintainer in https://github.com/streetcomplete/StreetComplete/issues/4289#issuecomment-1254675258)
