monocles chat/blabber already switched to new lib upstream, builds fine @arnebv @kriztan

conversations/quicksy no AUM as the recipe would change if included upstream for next version, builds fine from version and HEAD

snikket/cheogram/cweb - no new version yet that would need the newer libwebrtc, but they built fine locally in my test, will update in the future as needed @singpolyma @mwild1 @gmax
