Add OsmTram 1.0

• The app complies with the inclusion criteria
• The original app author has been notified (and does not oppose the inclusion; I am the author)
• All related fdroiddata and RFP issues have been referenced in this merge request
• The upstream app source code repo contains the app metadata (summary/description/images/changelog/etc) in a Fastlane folder structure
• Builds with fdroid build
  • "No hash for gradle version 7.4! Exiting...", though gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.properties has distributionSha256Sum. I force-pushed the initial commit, so I likely have a cache issue somewhere.
• Releases are tagged
