Remove doubled version 0.23.0 of Unstoppable Wallet, which is not found on wallet repo anymore

version 0.23.0 was doubled in io.horizontalsystems.bankwallet.yml, but the older one was not found anymore in repository https://github.com/horizontalsystems/unstoppable-wallet-android as version, probably it was bugfixed with the newer 0.23.0
