Update new repo locations for my apps

I moved to codeberg, and I want to moved my apps to there.

I update the metadata files for all of them, so fdroid can check for updates.

I also deleted my accounts on donation platforms, so i remove ko-fi and liberapay.

And set the ArchivePolicy to 1.

I changed this apps:

• gh.cloneconf.nedium
• gh.cloneconf.apkpurer
• gh.cloneconf.ardicter

i didn't touch gh.cloneconf.xmedium since already deleted the repo from my git.
