Update Fennec F-Droid to v68.0

FIREFOX_68_0_RELEASE is now available for building release notes

It should be noted that this release is now an ESR.

Should probably consider having an independent package for Fenix now that this is a ESR.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
