This adds new criteria for selecting which apps get shown on the Latest Tab. The Latest Tab was always meant to be a showcase of apps. We can use placement there to encourage app developers and maintainers to improve things about their. Making better app store entries is one thing. This adds requirements before an app is shown on the Latest tab. It must have all of these:
- name
- summary
- description
- license
- What's New entry
- at least some text localized
And then it must have at least one of these:
- screenshots
- feature graphic
