WIP: Add expert setting for compact bottom bar

In action: (ignore the white dot in the middle :P) compactbottombar

Note, it's not slow, not sure why the video looks like that, I had to lower fps to 15 to be <10Mb

Also, I might need to disable this when expert mode is disabled, ATM it stays on. 😄

I've used French since it was reported as having this issue, but other languages could benefit.

FYI, that's my device default sizes (fonts/UI), and they look horribly huge IRL. 🤦
