Little db fixes

Hans-Christoph Steiner requested to merge eighthave/fdroidclient:little-db-fixes into master

I noticed in the test logs that it was complaining that the DB wasn't being closed. Also, this seemed to be related to the JDK crashing during the test runs. This is a quick stable to fix that.

Also, while I was at it, I saw onDowngrade() so I implemented that to give rough support for downgrading F-Droid.
