expose mirror options; Clean up Repo and Downloader

Hans-Christoph Steiner requested to merge eighthave/fdroidclient:clean-up-repo-and-downloader into master

This makes the repo mirrors more visible, and adds the ability for the user to add custom mirrors via the standard "Add Repo" dialog. This is also foundational restructuring that I did while working on adding support for swapping with SDCard and USB OTG drives.
