Change color of permission group icons in alert dialog according to theme

The icon color for permission groups where wrong (black) when F-Droid was set to any dark theme.

Too see the icons select any app that requires permissions, open the permission section and click on any permission. A popup with the permission icon in its title appears.

I have tested on an emulator with api level 17 and a device with api level 25, but made sure to use compat methods.
