AF Other - on by default

Licaon_Kter requested to merge licaon-kter/fdroidclient:licaon-kter-master-patch-74426 into master

Having this ON by default allows two things:

  • TetherNet in F-Droid Main repo deployment sooner
  • 3-rd party repos that are nice and flag AFs (like @IzzySoft does) with extra AF flags don't have their apps hidden by default

The issues of handling AFs from multiple repos is not yet (afaik) tackled

This is for NEW F-Droid Client installs only, migrations might need to be handled by some sort of an Android developer 😛
