🧭 attempt to add mirrors to default_repos.xml

The quickest way to add mirrors to default_repos.xml is to not change the structure of the XML file. instead allow the address tag to contain multiple repository addresses. The first one is the authoritative repository address, later addresses are treated as mirrors.
