set all swap PendingIntents with PendingIntent.FLAG_IMMUTABLE

Hans-Christoph Steiner requested to merge eighthave/fdroidclient:PendingIntent.FLAG_IMMUTABLE into master

Looks like the full flavor only had a single PendingIntent that needed updating. The basic effort handled the rest, so I thought it would be good to have this change happen everywhere in this %launch basic release.
