Hide antifeatures from latest and categories

Related to admin#252.

Extension of !1053 (merged), generates a SQL query that filters out all unwanted antifeatures from latest and categories.

Works on my device, but more testing couldn't hurt.

Wasn't sure where to put the SQL generation code.
