0.103: Consider showing up-to-date apps on updates screen

In the previous stable, it was very easy to get a list of installed apps. This is now rather hidden. I feel it'd be great to show up-to-date apps on the updates screen, instead of the confusing message that the user's repositories may be out-of-date.

The reasons I am suggesting this is to make installed apps easier to reach so people can uninstall apps more easily again (like in previous F-Droid releases), moving this out of the very unlogical place it currently has in settings and to give users a sense of things going well (after all, they can see how much apps are up-to-date, helping to trust F-Droid's ability to keep apps up-to-date).
