Feature request: show author's apps

• Device OS and version: LineageOS 19.1 (Android 12)
• Device model/manufacturer: Xiaomi POCO X3 PRO
• F-Droid version (in the About screen): 1.17.0
• F-Droid privileged extension version (if installed): 0.2.13

What did you do? (clear steps if possible) Open any app's sheet with a defined author

What did you expect to see? Like in GPlay, it would be nice if I could see apps by the same author when tapping the author's name under the app's title (also note that author's search doesn't work very well for me, because many author's aren't found on the search bar, specially those with spaces).

What did you see instead? When tapping over the author's name no event is triggered.
