Implement full text search in f-droid app [feature request][bug]

What did you do? (clear steps if possible)

Searched for a generic term like sms, YouTube, download, browser etc

What did you expect to see?

All apps related to that term appear as it used to some versions ago and it should search description also

What did you see instead?

It searched only in app titles, and one line quote and not description
