Canceling a download leaves app in "Downloading state" (and completes the download in background)

What did I do

Click on install for a big application (i.e. SuperTuxKart). Then cancel the download midway by clicking the x button near the progress bar. The app nw shows a dark blue unclickable button that says "Downloading...". Also later I noticed it did indeed finish the download because when I tried clicking install again later it prompted me instantly for permission confirmation.
