Download bar not visible in 1.2-alpha0

When I download any app (install/update) it only shows the green bat wuthout progress and says "waiting for the download to start" untill the app eventually is downoaded and starts installation.

I have stock Android 5.1.1with a screen of 480x854 px with a hardware NavBar (so none is shown at screen).
