Notify us about abandonware, updates needed

Idea came from: #549

The idea would be great to check "abandoware", application "needing updates", could be done in Bot Scanner too, and allow people to inform us with a simple click "Notify us" with auto structured title info that can be parsed by the Bot again to do some research, rebuilding, inform developer with question...

So this new feature for the Bot Scanner or another bot: Bot Listener 🔥 ^^
and new feature for F-Droid Client to easily inform us with one click.
Some logic to allow maximum 1 notification by unique user a day for each application.
Logs in the activity to inform the status.
