Versions section will sometimes not open

What did you do? (clear steps if possible)

• open an app's details
• click Versions

What did you expect to see?

• a list of versions scrolling vertically

What did you see instead?

• the view scrolled a bit up
• the arrow changed from pointing down to point up
• no list of available versions was shown
• retried and now I got a list

I can't repro this at will, it just happens sometimes.

Yes, I get that too, but I also can't reliably reproduce it :-(

It mostly occurs if apps are installed from other sources than f-droid: Im running a beta version of MagiskManager from git. The normal Manager can be found on izzysoft repo. As long as the beta version is installed, fdroid client does not display version information. After uninstalling the beta the information is displayed again.

I know, we did not yet track this down to the signature problem when I opened this.

I guess that might be the issue, so closing this in favor of #1115 (closed) or #740 (closed)

@licaon-kter I think this was a different issue, wasn't it?

This issue described version information actually being present but not expanding on first try. But #1115 (closed) is about no versions being displayed at all and nothing to expand accordingly.

I'm not sure it is, can you reproduce this at will? I for one can't vouch I did not open one of those app with a different signature, and the behaviour is not that different.

I can't reproduce it right now also... So leave it closed until someone can. But I'm pretty sure it was a diffrent issue :-). (But not a critically important one)
